Meet our Personal Trainer

Logan Zak

Logan found his passion in training back in middle school through running. Not only a passion for performance but also for overall health and longevity. Logan went on to enjoy a successful chapter in running which included multiple state appearances and several championships.

 

​After high school, Logan felt called to help others on their own fitness journeys. He became a certified personal trainer through ISSA and began working with clients while continuing to pursue his own athletic goals. With a strong foundation in endurance running, he has always been motivated to push limits, grow as an athlete, and translate that drive into coaching others.
